Cross-Border Marketing Support Specialist — Application Form

As a Cross-Border Marketing Support Specialist, you will support marketing activities involving international markets. The role includes organizing marketing information, assisting with digital materials, coordinating routine updates, monitoring assigned activities, and communicating with relevant team members.

You will work with digital tools and established processes while helping ensure that marketing-related information and activities are organized, accurate, and completed on time. Key Responsibilities : -Support day-to-day marketing activities across international markets -Organize and maintain marketing information and digital materials -Assist with routine updates to marketing platforms and internal systems -Review marketing information for completeness and accuracy -Help coordinate assigned marketing tasks and follow-ups -Monitor ongoing activities and keep relevant information up to date -Communicate with team members regarding tasks, updates, and required information -Assist with organizing campaign-related materials and information -Maintain accurate digital records and files -Support the team with other routine marketing activities when required Requirements -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms -Good written and verbal communication skills -Able to follow structured processes and instructions -Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines -Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently -Willing to learn new marketing processes and digital tools -Interest in international or cross-border business activities

Previous experience in marketing, digital platforms, administration, customer support, sales support, e-commerce, or business operations is an advantage, but relevant transferable experience may also be considered.
