💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise product listings across multiple marketplace platforms
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock availability in real time
• Process and track orders, returns, and customer service enquiries
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities within the platforms
• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth operations
• Stay up to date with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1+ years of experience in marketplace operations or e-commerce
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms and their seller management dashboards
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheets
• Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with inventory management and ERP tools is a plus
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising strategies (PPC, sponsored ads) is a differentiator
