AEU JOB is recruiting experienced Cross-border Marketing Support professionals on behalf of our client organisations. These roles involve supporting and executing marketing strategies across international markets, including content localisation, social media management, paid advertising campaigns, influencer coordination, and cross-border brand promotion.
About the Role
This position supports practical cross-border marketing activities across different markets, languages and online channels. The work may include market research, content coordination, campaign support and maintaining accurate information across structured digital workflows.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute cross-border marketing campaigns across multiple regions and channels
• Localise marketing content (copy, visuals, landing pages) for different target markets
• Manage and grow social media accounts on international platforms
• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for overseas markets
• Identify and collaborate with local influencers and KOLs to boost brand awareness
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and produce regular analytical reports
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour in target regions
• Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1+ years of experience in cross-border or international marketing
• Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Strong understanding of content localisation and cultural nuances across markets
• Experience with social media management and community building
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience with influencer/KOL marketing campaigns is a differentiator
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies for international markets is a bonus
