About the Role
As a Tax Refund Specialist, you will assist with reviewing and organizing information, checking documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the processing of tax refund-related cases. The role involves working with digital systems, following established procedures, and ensuring that information is complete and properly recorded.
Key Responsibilities :
-Review and organize tax refund-related information and documentation
-Check submitted information for completeness and accuracy
-Maintain and update digital records and case information
-Assist with routine refund processing and administrative tasks
-Communicate with relevant teams regarding missing or required information
-Track assigned cases and follow up on pending items
-Handle information carefully and maintain a high level of accuracy
-Support the team with other day-to-day administrative activities when required
Requirements :
-Have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
-Are comfortable working with documents, records, and digital systems
-Can follow structured procedures and instructions
-Have good written and verbal communication skills
-Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Are reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
-Are willing to learn new processes and tools
Previous experience in
tax, finance, administration, customer support, documentation, or operations is an advantage, but relevant transferable experience may also be considered
